Let us walk you through it

Some tasks have a guided tour. It opens a small panel in the corner, tells you what to do, and outlines the button or box to use on the page. When you've done the step, it moves on by itself, or click Next.

Where to start one

• Need help? in the bottom corner: on a page with a tour, the chat offers Show me next to Explain this page. Ask "how do I set up my reply voice?" and the answer can end with a Show me button too.
• The setup checklist on your dashboard: Show me next to a step's Help link.
• A help article with a tour has Walk me through it at the top.

Tours come with the support chat, so if you don't see Need help?, they aren't on for your business yet.

The tours

• Connect your Google listing, and match a location to it
• Send yourself a test request
• Ask for your first review
• Set your reply voice
• Approve your first reply
• Register for texting
• Import a customer list
• Add reviews to your website

You only see the tours you can finish yourself. If the owner, or a manager with every location, does a step, that tour isn't offered to you. See Team and roles.

While a tour is running

• The panel says which step you're on. If you're on a different page, it has a link to the right one.
• Nothing happens until you do it. The tour never clicks, sends or saves anything for you.
• Back and Next move between steps, and the ✕ leaves the tour. Reloading the page keeps your place.
• Stuck? Click Stuck on this step? Ask a question and the chat answers about that step. It's an AI, and Send to a person is still there if it can't help.
