Booking, order and menu links

Booking, order and reservation links show as buttons on your Google listing, like Book or Order online, and your menu link shows next to your hours. They're part of the Crew and Group plans, and you can try them during the free trial. On Solo and Duo, the Listing page explains them instead, and you can still add them in Google yourself.

Set a link

Owners and managers can set links from the Booking and order links section of the Listing page:

1. Find the link you want: Booking link, Online order link, Reservation link or Menu link. The one marked Suggested first is the one most businesses like yours use, such as ordering for a bakery or booking for a barber.
2. Paste the full link, starting with https://.
3. Click Save.

To take a link off Google, click Remove. It can take a few minutes for a change to show on your listing.

Links have to be secure (https://). We save your link exactly as you typed it and never add anything to it.

Links from booking partners

Some booking and ordering services add their own link to your Google listing. The Listing page shows those too, marked "from a booking partner". Only that service can change or remove them, so Chiffchaff leaves them alone. If you add your own link of the same kind, we ask Google to show yours first.

When Google changes a link

Chiffchaff only changes a link when you save one. If Google, a booking partner or someone with access to your Google profile changes a link, the Listing page shows what Google has after its next daily read, and we don't change it back.
