Your daily digest and weekly summary

The morning email about yesterday, and the Monday email about last week. What's in each and how to turn them off.

Two regular emails keep you up to date without opening the app. Each owner and manager gets them, and each can turn them off. On the Group plan, a manager limited to some locations gets a version that counts only their locations and says which ones.

The daily digest

At 6 AM your business's time, an email about the day before:

  • Yesterday: new reviews and their average, replies posted, requests sent and any that didn't go through, and customers who texted back.
  • Waiting for you: reviews waiting for a reply, text replies to follow up, and reviews that may break Google's rules.
  • Connections: All connections healthy, or what needs fixing, with a link to fix it. See When a connection stops working.

If nothing happened yesterday and nothing is waiting, there's no email. If a connection is broken, the digest goes out anyway.

The weekly summary

On Mondays at 7 AM your business's time, an email about Monday to Sunday of last week: new reviews compared with the week before, your average rating, replies posted, requests sent and any that didn't go through, and reviews still waiting for a reply. A week with no activity at all gets no email.

Turn them off

In Settings → All settings → Notifications, turn off Daily digest or Weekly summary. This only changes your own emails, not your teammates'. See Choose your alerts.
