Download your numbers

Download reviews, ratings, review sites, requests and monthly recaps as CSV files for any date range.

Owners and managers can download your numbers as CSV files, which open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. It's on every plan, and still works if your account is read-only.

Download

  1. Go to Analytics.
  2. Pick the date range (last 7, 30 or 90 days, or 12 months) and the location at the top.
  3. Under Download your numbers, click Download CSV next to Reviews, Ratings by day, Review sites or Requests by day.

The Monthly recaps list on the same page has its own download. Some dashboard cards have a CSV link too.

On Group, choose All locations to download all your locations in one file.
