Review requests
Print a QR code card
A printable card with a QR code that opens your Google review form, for the counter, receipts or invoices.
Every location with a Google place ID gets its own QR code. Scanning it opens the same page every request uses: your Google review link first, with a private note to you below it. See Private notes and the page your link opens. Until that page is switched on, scanning opens your Google review form directly.
Print it
- Go to Requests and find the QR codes card.
- Click Print card next to the location.
- Click Print. The card prints at about 4 inches wide.
The card shows your business name, the line "Tell others about your visit" and the code. Put it by the till, on receipts, or on invoices.
Good to know
- The code doesn't change, so you can print it once and keep using it.
- QR code requests are unlimited on every plan and don't need consent, because the customer chooses to scan.
- The QR codes card counts scans and shows the last scan, and once the review request page is on, how many scans went on to open Google. We never record who scanned.
- The card's wording is the same for every customer and never asks for a rating or offers anything.
- If a location has no place ID, add it in Locations first. Until then the code says it isn't set up yet.
